Your new Kowa Optimed instrument will be installed and connected (PC, Printer, and/or other instruments) by your Kowa service engineer*. They will then demonstrate to your user how to operate your instrument and get the most from it.
*If the system is networked, Kowa Optimed is responsible only for the set-up and installation of equipment purchased from Kowa Optimed Europe Ltd.
